Privacy policy

DRAFT for NIPROM's lawyer: this text describes what the website really does, but NIPROM must review and approve it before it goes live. Delete this paragraph once the text is approved.

Who processes your data

The controller is NIPROM Nikolov Petre DOOEL Strumica, Kuzman Josifovski-Pitu 51, 2400 Strumica, North Macedonia (registration no. 4573021, tax no. 4027993109452). For questions about personal data, write to info@niprom.com.

What we collect and why

• Quote requests: name, email, phone, city, the chosen model, colour and material, sizes, quantity, message and attached sketches. Purpose: to send you a quote (steps before a contract).
• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and message. Purpose: to answer you.
• Job applications: name, email, phone, position, message and CV. Purpose: recruitment.
• Requests are kept in the website's admin and sent as a notification to NIPROM's email. We send one automatic confirmation to the address you entered, saying that your request has arrived.

Legal basis

Your consent (the consent box in every form) and steps taken at your request before a contract, under the Law on Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia.

Page language and abuse protection

On your first visit the language is chosen from the country of your IP address, using a database on our own server (DB-IP Lite). The IP address is never stored or sent to anyone. To protect the forms from spam we keep a protected (hashed) record of the IP address for at most two days.

How long we keep it

We keep requests, messages and CVs until NIPROM deletes them or you ask us to delete them. They are not deleted automatically after a set period.

Who sees it

Only the NIPROM staff who handle requests, and the website's hosting provider as a processor. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia.
