Door and window production in Strumica

What we make

In its Strumica factory NIPROM makes MDF room doors faced with natural veneer, solid wood panel doors and solid wood exterior joinery: doors and windows. Products are made with state-of-the-art technology at every stage of production.

Materials and finishes

• 8 veneers: white, oak, light oak, chestnut, mahogany, walnut, wenge and light wenge
• RAL colours for MDF and solid wood doors and for wooden windows
• Six frame and architrave profiles: PKPP-25, PKPP-44, ZKZZ-25, ZKZZ-44, PKZP-44 and ZKPP-44
• Three door cores: honeycomb, chipboard or mineral wool

Designs

The 2024 catalogue shows panel door designs R-15 to R-34, grooved designs R-01 to R-09, glass openings W-30 to W-36 and window designs N-01 to N-24.

Finish

We spray-finish interior doors with a two-component polyurethane system. Two coats of sealer (clear) or primer (white) fill the pores and are sanded between coats; one top coat follows. The clear lacquer comes in sheens from deep matt to high gloss and lets the grain show; the white top coat uses an aliphatic hardener for resistance to yellowing.

Tested in Skopje

In 2025 the UKIM Furniture Testing Laboratory in Skopje tested our interior door (EN 1192, top class 4) and our wooden window (air class 4, water A9, wind 5C, U = 1.0 W/m²K). The test certificates are published in full on the Certificates page.
